Lamb's removed an existing large dehumidifier in a pool room. This was not an easy task. They did a fantastic job, and the area was spotless when they were done. Then, they installed a new AC/Heating unit in its place. Again, the area was spotless, like nothing ever happened. The guys took great pride in their work and enjoyed doing it. My HVAC system was about 35 years old and I really needed a new one but was worried that a good one would be too expensive and what I could afford wouldn't be very good. Lamb's actually installed a really good system for an affordable price and it works great. The service was wonderful too. They put in a new furnace and central air conditioner in one day. They said they would start at nine and finish at 4 and they did. I didn't hover but felt comfortable stopping in from time to time because I was so excited. And I don't even have to take it apart to change the filter. I've never had a new HAVAC before and probably won't ever need another one but I'm really glad I got one now. I just wish they did plumbing. I'm having an awful time finding a good plumber. Read Less

We've had several HVAC systems installed by Lamb for rental and personal houses. I like their work. Looks neat, well done, and they clean up their mess. They use good quality materials and are fast to service if there's an issue. I don't do price checks on service work, but on new installation they're very competitive. I'd recommend them every time. We’ve used Lamb’s before and always been satisfied and pleased with their service. Recently our furnace was not keeping up due to running short bursts and turning off, repeatedly. The repair guy determined that the problem was the heat exchanger causing it to get too hot and then turning off until it cooled. Repeating this process over and over was not providing enough heat to keep the house warm. The cost of the repair to the over 15 years old unit was over half of the cost to replace with a new furnace so the choice was obvious. A few days later the new Bryant furnace was installed. The three guys that did the replacement were very professional, friendly and completed the job in around 4 hours or so. During the installation they also rewired the whole house humidifier to make it more effective. Price was less than I expected and the new unit was much better than the old. A few days later on a Sunday morning I noticed the new unit was keeping up but seemed to be cutting off and on more than normal. I called and talked to the on-call rep and we discussed a couple of things to try but he insisted on coming out the next day to check it out and make any adjustments needed. So he and another rep showed up as scheduled, made some timing adjustments, and then added an extra return air vent in the basement just as an added precaution to prevent any other potential problems that might occur in the future. They were there a couple of hours and there was no charge. So overall, we could not be more pleased. Everyone that has ever been to house has been friendly and easy to get along with, and professional. Even the office staff and call center folks are great. Unfortunately I forgot the guys names, getting old I guess, but everyone was great and never minded me watching and asking questions.
