We've had several HVAC systems installed by Lamb for rental and personal houses. I like their work. Looks neat, well done, and they clean up their mess. They use good quality materials and are fast to service if there's an issue. I don't do price checks on service work, but on new installation they're very competitive. I'd recommend them every time. I had a great experience with Lamb's when our heat went out. Gage was our technician, and I can’t recommend him enough. He stayed well after 5:00 PM to make sure the job was finished and that our heat was fully restored before he left for the day. Despite it being the end of a long day, Gage was incredibly professional, personable, and took the time to explain the repair clearly. It’s rare to find that level of dedication and work ethic. My ac unit stopped working in July last year. I called a competitor for service and was told the fan in the unit was broken. It was going to cost me over $1,000 to repair the unit but he was pushing for me to purchase a completely new system for $10,000. Grant it, my system is old, but I couldn’t financially either one. I finished the year with window units. This year I decided to call Lamb’s. The technician came today and repaired my unit. The issue was a bad capacitor, new filter and cleaning. My HVAC system was about 35 years old and I really needed a new one but was worried that a good one would be too expensive and what I could afford wouldn't be very good. Lamb's actually installed a really good system for an affordable price and it works great. The service was wonderful too. They put in a new furnace and central air conditioner in one day. They said they would start at nine and finish at 4 and they did. I didn't hover but felt comfortable stopping in from time to time because I was so excited. And I don't even have to take it apart to change the filter. I've never had a new HAVAC before and probably won't ever need another one but I'm really glad I got one now. I just wish they did plumbing. I'm having an awful time finding a good plumber. Read Less
